39 Homes, 8 Bathroom Pods delivered for emergency accommodation in the wake of Cyclone Gabrielle 2023

The devastation caused by Cyclone Gabrielle in February 2023, left hundreds of residents with damaged, unlivable homes. On top of a regional housing shortage, this was not good news.

Site Scope reached out to a local Māori organisation to offer our assistance. We soon established there was substantial alignment between our values and that of the client, along with a motivation to achieve a remarkable outcome for the East Coast community.

For our client, we achieve 100% delivery on or before our promised delivery dates. With the first homes constructed and landed just 25 working days after contract signing, and this being just over months since the Cyclone hit is a remarkable achievement.

Our capacity to increase production at short notice and meet our client’s expectations is a testament to an accumulation years of construction experience from our team.

Not only that, but witnessing the tears of appreciation for strained residents who now had a place to call home, was a privilege.
