17 Homes delivered across Te Tai Tokerau for Marae Housing. Led by Te Tūāpapa Kura Kāinga (HUD).

Site Scope was engaged in October 2023 to assist a large group of stakeholders with the roll out of Papakainga Housing for Marae and Māori land across Te Tai Tokerau. 

We were engaged to complete Factory Design, Site Design and the obtaining Building Consents with relevant Territorial Authorities for multiple sites across the region. 

While processing the Design work in-house, we began planning and scheduling for our Factory manufacturing which commenced in Q4 2023. By the end of Q1 2024, we had completed all 17 x Modspace® 1-Bed Homes and had these sent directly to Site or placed into storage until the sites were ready to receive the Homes.

Site Scope were also engage to undertake a portion of the on-site works in accordance with Building Consent design documentation, and worked alongside other contractors where necessary.
