Our accessible Modspace homes can be universally designed for comfortable, independent living. Potential features include wider doorways, ramp access, adaptable bathrooms, and flexible layouts to cater to the needs of seniors and people with disabilities. We can prioritize safety and ease of movement within a stylish, modern home.
Add an Accessible Bathroom
Add a partial or fully-Accessible wet room bathroom. Compliance with NZS 4121 can be achieved.
Add Grab Rails
Choose from a range of grab rails that can be installed anywhere throughout our Homes.
Upgrade to Accessible Toilet
Accessible toilets have a raised seat height for ease of use. These can be added to any bathroom.
Add a Shower Seat
Adding shower seats is a great option for elderly tenants and those with disabilities.
Accessible Access Ramp
Compliant accessible ramps with handrails and griptread decking are optional for on site.
Upgrade to Accessible Kitchen
Universal Design principles for kitchens are able to be accomodated for disabled tenants.
