The Modspace modular construction method is a system devised from years of experience in the construction industry. We’ve taken the benefits of transportable and on-site builds and put them together to create a hybrid system that really performs.
Think of Modspace as the chassis for your building. Within the frame, your imagination is the only limit to what you can construct.
Healthcare
Modspace is ideal for temporary setups and permanent buildings. Modules can be brought on site efficiently and finished in a short time-frame.
If the structure is temporary or is needing repurposing, walls can be removed and a new building constructed on the same chassis.
Education
In the education sector, our Modspace’s are currently being used to deliver classrooms to the Ministry of Education.
Multiple teaching spaces are constructed quickly to appease role growth that most schools are experiencing or are having to catch up with.
Residential
Modspace can be used to construct up-market or entry-level homes depending on your requirement. Builders are given a huge kick-start to the project by having an accurate building platform to construct on.
